A ?discovery trail? with a recreational, interactive and educational stage design has been set up using contemporary show techniques. Visits are free and you can circulate autonomously through twenty or so activities, models, interactive workshops and other olfactory experiences.
The visit is followed by the showing of a video, in a lively cinema ? fragrance diffuser and multi-form lighting effects ? that will make you travel in the world of the bubble, from the vine to bottling. The practical side has not been forgotten as the discovery of the bubble ends with a tasting commented on by Crémants de Bourgogne, where you will be able to grasp the slight differences between a Crémant Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs and a bottle of vintage wine, and discover a surprising sparkling red wine.
A final short stop in the 2,690 square feet of the establishment?s shop where you can obtain the House?s specialities: a large selection of Crémants and Burgundy wines with many gift ideas on the art of entertaining and the love of wine.

November to March : Everyday except Mondays from 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 7pm
April to October: Everyday from 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 7pm
Closed on 25 December 2010 and 1 January 2011.
Ticket is valid from 1st January 2010 to 28 February 2011 at the above mentioned opening hours.
