This Site is published by the Beaune Tourist Office.
To promote the tourist offer in Beaune and Burgundy and make it accessible, the Beaune Tourist Office offers tourist service providers the possibility of selling their Services online (pre-booking and/or firm bookings). You should accept the tourist service provider’s general conditions of sale for all online purchases. He is your sole contact. The Beaune Tourist Office plays no part in the transaction, apart from acting as a ticket agency for the “Pass Beaune Comme Bourgogne” and for events and the sale of tourist items (cards, brochures, etc.) for which it has authority (Sales Authorisation no. Site access
THE BEAUNE TOURIST OFFICE makes every effort to offer permanent access to the Site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access to the Site may be suspended at any time and without notice as a result of breakdowns, malfunctions or paralysis of the network, system and/or means of communication, or as a result of maintenance and corrective work required to update the Site and keep it in good working order.
The User agrees not to hinder access to the Site and/or prevent the proper functioning of the Site in any way whatsoever that might damage, intercept or interfere with all or part of the Site. Please note that the act of fraudulently accessing or maintaining a presence in an information system, hindering or distorting the functioning of such a system, or fraudulently introducing or modifying data in an information system is a crime subject to penal sanctions.
THE BEAUNE TOURIST OFFICE may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage due to an interruption, malfunction of any kind, suspension or stoppage of the Site and/or Services, for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct or indirect damage caused by any means of accessing the Site and/or Services.
The User of this Site acknowledges that he has the skills and means required to access and use this Site. The communication protocols used are those that are commonly used on the Internet.
THE BEAUNE TOURIST OFFICE may not be held liable for any circumstances beyond its control or for any damage that may be suffered by the User’s technical environment, especially his computers, software, network equipment and any other hardware used to access or use the Site and/or Services.
Access to the Site is free. The User must pay the cost of accessing and using the telecommunications network in accordance with the arrangements fixed by his access providers and telecommunications operators.
Description of the services
The following are the main Services accessible via the platform:
Pre-booking or booking of accommodation, tourist services (museums, activities, leisure activities), events (shows, concerts, …) and sales of related items (postcards, walking maps …).
The services offered by Professionals are entirely their responsibility. Professionals therefore have sole responsibility for any information and offers placed online on the platform, especially concerning the availability, conditions, characteristics and prices of the services proposed. In the event of an error or omission, the Professionals have sole liability vis-à-vis Users who have consulted, booked or ordered the services.
Prior to accessing the Services, any User wishing to benefit from one or more of the Services presented on the site should seek information about the conditions that apply to this/these Service(s), and make sure that he has the necessary conditions at his disposal.
Access to the Services may be restricted for certain individuals or in certain countries. It is the responsibility of any interested User to check in advance that his situation permits him to use the Services.
Using the services
The User agrees to use the Services for purely personal purposes. He agrees not to make a diverted use of the Services. The use of the Services for other purposes, the use or provision for third parties, either free or for a charge, and the re-selling of the Services are strictly prohibited.
The User is responsible for using the Services correctly, in compliance with the applicable law and the rights of third parties, and for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damage caused to the Beaune Tourist Office, by himself or by the people for whom he is responsible, as a result of using the Services. He agrees to guarantee the Beaune Tourist Office against all demands, claims or actions against the Beaune Tourist Office as a result of his actions and, in this respect, the User will compensate the Beaune Tourist Office for all costs, charges, compensation and expenditure that the latter may incur as a result, including the fees and expenses of legal counsel for the Beaune Tourist Office, even in the case of a non-final legal ruling.
Site ownership
This entire Site (structure, presentation and content) constitute a work protected by the French and international legislation in force on copyright and, more generally intellectual property.
THE BEAUNE TOURIST OFFICE is the owner, or holder, of the rights on every component of this Site, such as texts, data, drawings, graphics, photos, animations and sounds, including downloadable documents. All rights, especially operating rights, rights to reproduce and extract all or part of the data, files and all other items shown on the web pages of this Site on any media support, all rights to represent and reproduce all or part of the Site itself on any media support, modification, adaptation or translation rights are reserved solely for the Beaune Tourist Office, and for any beneficiaries, and this subject to any pre-existing rights of third parties who have authorised the digital reproduction and/or integration by the Beaune Tourist Office of their works of any kind in the Site.
All total or partial reproduction, representation, broadcasting or re-broadcasting of the content of this Site by any process whatsoever without the prior express authorisation of the Beaune Tourist Office is prohibited and constitutes a forgery punishable by articles L 335 – 2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
The same applies to databases on the site, which are protected by articles L.342-1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. As such the User is liable for any reproduction or extraction.
All trademarks, company names and logos on the site are protected. All total or partial reproduction of these trademarks or logos using components of the Site without the express authorisation of the Beaune Tourist Office or its beneficiaries is therefore prohibited, under the terms of article L 713 – 2 of the Intellectual Property Code.
The reproduction of texts and web pages from the Site on paper is authorised, subject to compliance with the following cumulative conditions: free distribution, respect for the integrity and intended purpose of the documents reproduced (no modifications, no alterations), respect for the intended purpose of the Site in the use of this information and components, a clear, legible quotation of the source with mention of the name of the Site, its Internet address and the rights of the Beaune Tourist Office.
Copies of documents contained in the Site may only be made for information purposes and solely for a single, private use. All other reproduction or use of copy for other purposes is expressly prohibited.
