An educational and festive event where you can discover the secret, bubbly world of Crémant de Bourgogne.

- Traditional disgorging workshop: Real professionals will show you how a bottle of crémant is disgorged on the spot according to traditional methods.
- Animations for children: “When life sparkles”, painting, sculpting and fun workshops all day.
- Thematical tastings of crémants from all of Burgundy, commented by the winemakers themselves.
- Presentation and demonstration of recipes cooked with Crémant de Bourgogne by some of Burgundy’s great chefs.
- Crémant de Bourgogne tasting classes held by our enologists and winemakers.
- Customisation of Crémant de Bourgogne labels.
- Presentations on crémant, everything from terroir to tasting methods.
- “Cave aux arômes” – fun animation for the whole family where you can test your olfactory memory.
