The Savigny les Beaune Foulée des Vendanges (Grape Harvest Foot Race)

Over a route that goes into the village, through the Château grounds and the vineyard decked out in its finest autumn colours, more than six hundred runners come to pit themselves against the best in the region and indeed in the whole of France.
The 2010 vintage – which is the twentieth race - will live up to the standards set in previous years.
Once again the organising committee, working together with the Dijon Université Club, is making every effort to get ready for a day which will go down in the record books. Since 1991, trusty partners from business, trade and winegrowing have been offering us their support, so that we can give all of the participants a friendly major sporting event for the twentieth year.
By taking part in the 20th Foulée des Vendanges, you will be supporting the ELA (European Leukodystrophy Association) and €1 per runner will go to this association. |
