From June 26 to September 20, Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, invites you to have a colourful summer! For the 5th time students from landscaping schools all over France take in the Square des Lions with imaginative ephemeral gardens. This year nine original displays explore the theme of “Monastery gardens – history and modernity”. In addition, the former convents and monasteries of Beaune reveal their secrets on an exceptional guided tour of the city, and an exposition on their history at the Musée des Beaux-Arts completes this journey back in time. Last but not least there will be street shows for children of all ages!
