From July 4 to September 15, Beaune, Capital of Burgundy wines, invites you to experience a colourful summer!

International Baroque Festival Beaune
This event is reputated to be one of the most prestigious baroque music festivals all over Europe. Held on the week-ends of July in the famous Hôtel-Dieu and at the Basilika Notre-Dame, the festival brings back to life the magnificent and sumptuous traditions of the time of the Dukes of Burgundy.

The Slate and the Chancellor
The Hôtel-Dieu takes a look into its glorious past on the occasion of the redoing of its 2300 m2 slate roof. With a large exhibition the former hospital offers a view into its history – from when the great Chancellor of Burgundy Nicolas Rolin signed the foundation charter until 1971 when the Hôtel-Dieu was replaced by a modern hospital.
